The Campus Side community is a casual college neighborhood, full of students enjoying the best parts of being in college, having fun with their friends, meeting new people, and enjoying the casual things in life.

Is parking included?

Off street parking is included, most units have spots for every tenant, however, two of our buildings only have three spots for the whole unit.

What are the rules on pets?

Campus Side apartments are pet friendly and most pets are allowed, there is a pet agreement that has to be set up, that consists of a $300 non refundable pet deposit and $25 per month pet rent. All of the tenants have to agree to having the pet.

How do I get rid of my trash?

Many of our buildings have dumpsters that are emptied multiple times per week. For these buildings you simply take your trash out to the dumpster whenever you like. If your building does not  have a dumpster then you will be provided with a trash can for your unit, each unit has their own trash can and will be responsible for getting it to and from the curb each week. The city picks up trash on Monday, trash can not be set out before 4 p.m. on Sunday evening and must be taken off the street before Tuesday morning.

Are utilities included?

The tenants are responsible for their own utilities and are on a combined utility bill through the City which includes water, electric, sewer and trash. There is no natural gas, everything runs on electricity.

I am having a problem with my apartment, how do I file a maintenance request?

To file a maintenance request you can go to the Campus Side website and click on the maintenance request button, you will be prompted to sign in and sign into the portal. Then under maintenance request you can type out the issue you are having, as well as add pictures of the problem. Once the request is sent in, one of our secretaries will send you a confirmation that we have received the request and tell you what time we will have someone over to deal with your issue.

I have an urgent maintenance issue, what do I do?

If you have an urgent maintenance issue, like water is leaking from the ceiling  or a puddle is growing on the floor when you haven’t spilled anything or just used the shower would all be considered an urgent maintenance issue.
