With over 25 years in the college housing business, we have some experience. Thousands of kids have enjoyed being part of the Campus Side community and we’d love to make you a part of it too. More than likely this is your first or second experience renting an apartment and we aim to make it as stress free and enjoyable as possible. At Campus Side our main priority has been to give students a community of their own, in which they can enjoy college and make memories that will last a lifetime.

The Campus Side Apartments was founded to fill a need for student housing that is comfortable and unique. We get it -- you want to be independent, but you don't want to be a number. We offer everything you want and need in a great neighborhood: homes with real yards and private parking. Most of our apartments are large and refurbished, in older close-to-campus houses have retained a special feeling in a well-loved, happy community. You'll be only a few minutes walk away from that early morning class, but you'll also be close to downtown Columbus -- a big plus for shopping, entertainment and weekends away from the books!
