Where do I call for Maintenance? |
|
|
Maintenance requests shall be made between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, at which time you can discuss your concerns with our staff. If we are unable to have Maintenance respond to your call the same day, we will explain to you why. Should you find this period inconvenient, please leave a message on the answering machine.
Please be as detailed and accurate as possible in describing the situation to either the staff or to the answering machine as Maintenance is dispatched to repair work according to not only when it was called in but also the severity of the situation. Maintenance will arrive at your apartment between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you are not home, maintenance will knock, open the door slightly, call out and only then will they enter. A signed form will be left in your Apartment, letting you know Maintenance has been there and what work was completed. |

What do I do in the event of an emergency situation? |
|
|
If your emergency involves an illegal act, contact the State Police at (724) 284-8100. If Security is on duty, contact them immediately in person on the first floor or by phone at(724) 794-2157. If your emergency involves running water, as in a pipe break, fire alarms, etc., call the emergency number listed in either your Tenant Handbook or posted in the Laundry Rooms. For all other non emergency situations please contact our office during business hours if possible, otherwise leave a detailed message on the answering machine. |

If I have a power outage / cable / internet outage who do I call? |
|
|
In the case of a power outage contact Allegheny Power at (800) 255-3443. For a Cable or Internet outage, contact Armstrong Utilities at (724) 458-5460. These numbers and others are listed in your Tenant Handbook and are listed on this page for your convenience. |
