Is there an Application Fee? |
|

|
Yes, the Application Fee is $200.00 per person for a two (2) or four (4) bedroom apartment. The fee for a single occupancy apartment is equal to one month’s rent. Once an Apartment has been assigned to you, the Application Fee will then become a non-refundable Security Deposit for said assigned apartment throughout your occupancy at Campus Side.

Is my Security Deposit refundable? |
|
|
|
The Application Fee is refundable up until the time an apartment is assigned to you. After that time, if you no longer wish to keep the apartment, you will need to find replacement tenants. A $150.00 re-lease fee will be applied against your Security Deposit refund. If Rock City finds replacement tenants the entire Security Deposit is forfeited. |

Do you require a cosigner? |

Yes, we require a cosigner to sign on both the Rental Application and Lease Agreement. |

What types of leases do you have? |
|
|
|
We have both Monthly (12 full months) and Semester (2 Semesters) leases. |

Will you lease for 1 Semester only? |
|
|
|
Unfortunately we will only lease for the full term. We do offer the chance to re-lease your apartment for the 2nd Semester. We are typically highly successful at this practice utilizing our waiting list. The fee for this service is $150.00. |
